AJ Real Estate provides services—not physical products—so there is no shipping involved. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Real estate consultancy

• Property visits and inspections

• Investment and file transfer services

• Legal and documentation assistance

All services are provided either in-person at the scheduled location or online through calls or emails as per mutual agreement. Once a client books a service, they will receive a confirmation via email or phone, including the date, time, and name of the assigned representative.

We strive to deliver services on time and as agreed. However, some services may depend on third parties (e.g., housing societies or developers), which may impact delivery timelines. In such cases, clients will be informed accordingly.
