Our goal at AJ Real Estate is to offer transparent and professional services to our clients. Most of our services—such as consultations, site visits, documentation support, and property bookings—are time-bound and involve direct engagement, which makes them non-refundable.

However, in exceptional situations, such as:

• If you made a payment and did not receive the promised service due to an error on our part

• If a technical issue caused a duplicate or failed transaction

You may be eligible for a refund. To initiate a refund request, please contact us within 7 business days of the payment. You must provide valid proof of the issue (such as payment confirmation or screenshots). Once your case is reviewed, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that:

• Booking fees and commissions are non-refundable once the service has begun.

• Refunds are not applicable in cases of change of mind or delays caused by third-party factors (e.g., developer timelines or government procedures).
