DHA Phase 11 - Halloki Gardens

The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) is well-known in Pakistan for building high-quality housing projects all over the country. The indigenous population is particularly interested in these projects. Phases 9, 10, and 11 are being developed at breakneck speed right now. Among these, DHA Phase 11, featuring two blocks — DHA Rahbar and Halloki Gardens — is nestled on the New Defence Road. Since the development work was completed in DHA 11 Rahbar, plenty of residents have already started to settle in. In contrast, it is anticipated that residents of the Halloki Gardens will soon move into the housing project. The latter provides an affordable housing solution as the prices of 5 Marla plots in Rahbar is almost the same when compared to the price of 8 Marla plots in Halloki Gardens. Another interesting thing about this residential scheme is that it neighbors Wapda Town, Valencia Town, and Johar Town. Furthermore, on the north of the society lies Hudiara Drain which separates DHA Rahbar Phase II from Halloki Gardens, while the Lahore Ring Road (LRR) is towards its south.
